In order to gain admittance to any CCN Conference and remain a member in good standing in CCN, and for the protection of all Members, Member Employees, and Subs, we have enacted the following No Headhunting Policy:

There is to be absolutely no discussion whatsoever about recruitment between member companies. Any inference, or discussion (even if only joking), about changing employers from one member company to another is ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! WE CANNOT HAVE THIS BEHAVIOR AT OUR CONFERENCES. If we allowed this behavior, some companies would be afraid to send their people to the Conferences or network with CCN, and thus they would not gain the tremendous benefit of their people learning and networking. Before Headhunting becomes a problem, and a member, employee, or sub is affected, these are the Rules and Penalties:

Registration for the Conference will include a No Headhunting agreement. CCN Member Companies shall inform its employees of this Policy.
Any alleged Headhunting will be investigated. The parties involved will be asked to put in writing their claim, and their defense. A CCN Member Committee will evaluate the written responses. The Committee will be secret, unknown to the parties in dispute, and other CCN Members. After deliberation, voting of the committee will be by ballot.
The Penalty, if a Member company (or any employee of a Member company) headhunted in violation of the membership rules, the Member Company that initiated the head hunting may be required to a) pay CCN to serve as mediator between the parties to determine whether a normal Head Hunting Charge, 20% annual wage, should be incurred by the guilty member, b) stop attending future Conferences, and/or c) withdraw its CCN Membership.
If Members want to ethically network together to trade/share employees, or subs, that is a different situation and not covered by this Policy. That is between two business owners, not a business owner and an employee, or an employee and an employee.
